AAI Junior Executive Selection Process

1. Read the important instructions and ensure eligibility.
2. Provisionally eligible candidates will be called for an Online examination, and admit cards will be issued accordingly.
3. The online examination (Computer Based Test) for Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) will be conducted without negative marking.
4. Additional tests may be conducted as decided by the competent authority during the recruitment process.
5. Psychoactive substance testing will be performed, and non-negative results will undergo confirmatory testing. Positive results will lead to disqualification.
6. Shortlisted candidates will undergo Application verification / Voice Test / Psychoactive Substances Test / Psychological Assessment Test / Medical Test.
7. Roll numbers of shortlisted candidates will be declared on the AAI website. Call letters will be sent to registered E-mail IDs.
8. During Application Verification, produce original certificates, proof of identity, and self-attested photocopies. Failure to do so may result in rejection.
9. Candidates currently employed in Government organizations must provide a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their present employer during Application Verification.
10. Provisional selection will be based on merit, subject to qualifying various tests and meeting eligibility criteria.
11. Roll numbers of provisionally selected candidates will be declared on AAI website. Offer Letters will be sent to registered E-mail IDs.
12. Offers of appointment will be issued after completion of Background Verification Process. Selected candidates will undergo training with stipend and will be required to sign a surety bond.
13. Attain ICAO language minimum proficiency level 4 (Operational) during training for issuance of license or rating.
14. Selection is provisional, subject to document verification, background check, and meeting medical standards.
15. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India.

1. Ensure eligibility and provide accurate information in the application.
2. Apply online through the official website www.aai.aero under the “CAREERS” tab. No other submission methods are accepted.
3. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
4. Have a valid personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number for communication.
